We care about your eye health. Our extensive eye tests are around 45 minutes long, much longer than the usual 20 minutes you typically get in regular opticians. This extra time allows you to share your eye health and vision concerns properly and never feel rushed.

Our experienced optometrists take their time to conduct your eye test and give you the accurate prescriptions and customised eyecare advice you can rely on.

Our stylists can advise you on which designs and styles will best match your features, personality, colouring, prescription and lifestyle requirements. We’ll also give you expert advice on your best options for lenses, and help you select the right type for you.

We also accept outside prescriptions, so you can enjoy a personal eyewear consultation even if you have an outside prescription from another optician.

Step 5: Your Final Fitting

Once you’ve chosen the glasses that suit your look, personality and lifestyle, we’ll make them with your bespoke lenses and they’ll be ready in just 2 to 3 weeks.

We’ll arrange a short fitting appointment to ensure your glasses are perfectly fitted, and take care of any adjustments so that you look and feel great wearing them.
